CIPS National Webinar: Will your boss accept your AI/ML-derived recommendations?
November 5 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EST

Will your boss accept your AI/ML-derived recommendations?
Virtual Event Presented by Professional Development Experts
Too often, expert data science teams perform great project work and then crash and burn on the goal line by failing to describe their work and sell their Artificial Intelligence/Machine Language (AI/ML)-derived recommendations appropriately.
In this webinar, we’ll discuss a list of high-level questions that senior executives, who are not AI/ML experts, will likely ask the project team. The questions are designed to assure everyone that your AI/ML recommendations are sound. If you can successfully respond to these questions, you can sell your AI/ML-derived recommendations, and senior executives can confidently support implementation.
Every AI/ML project team must address these topics to deliver high-confidence AI/ML-derived recommendations:
- Accuracy of business opportunity
- Data
- Algorithm adequacy
- Model adequacy
- Congruity of data and model
- Advance corporate strategy
- Understand data elements
- Adequacy of team competencies
- Attention to responsible AI
- Explainability of results
