Future Proofing your AI Programs

Thursday May 15th 2025 @ 2 pm EDT

Dr. Gordon will set the stage, framing international trends in AI, emphasizing the increasing focus on Global Risk Compliance (GRC) and AI Ethical reviews before AI Use cases are approved. With less than 5% of major AI models being successfully sustained or demonstrating a positive ROI, it is more difficult without a longer-term vision. Developing a robust AI Center of Excellence (COE), investing in a Machine Learning Ops (MLOps) infrastructure, and recruiting relevant AI and Data science experts are some of the areas required to future proof your AI programs. In addition, time will be spent on the impacts of Employee Happiness in a more challenging geo-political climate and discuss innovative approaches to employee and sales engagement practices where Behavioral Economics can be applied to advance Future Growth.

Dr. Cindy Gordon, CEO and Founder of SalesChoice, and Thomas Boxall, Solution Architect, SaskTel, will discuss a SaskTel Case on the lessons learned in a major CRM Modernization Program.

Dr. Cindy Godon, CEO and Founder of SalesChoice. The company’s vision is to End Revenue Uncertainty for Human Advantage. Prior to founding SalesChoice, Dr. Gordon has held senior partner and executive roles at Citicorp, Xerox and Accenture.
