Maham Khalid is an innovation leader, ecosystem builder, and strategic changemaker with 15+ years of experience designing transformative workforce and education programs across technology, cybersecurity, cloud, data analytics, skilled trades, and the Green Grid economy.
She is the Director of Training & Employment at a global non-profit, and also is the Founder of Revohub, an AI-integrated Cleantech and sustainability learning platform. Additionally she also serves as the Vice President of CIPS Ontario. Maham is recognized for working towards cross-sector collaboration and shaping bold, future-ready ecosystems that drive measurable impact on a global scale.

Candice Daisley is the Founder & CEO of Three of Cups (3oC), a platform redefining how people establish trust before meeting in person after connecting online.
With an academic background in globalization and professional experience in international human rights research, global aid, and revenue-generating campaigns addressing complex social challenges, she brings a unique blend of insight and impact. Candice is now applying this expertise to building human-centered, blockchain-enabled solutions with broad utility — from digital identity to new models for connection and economic participation.
Anu Dawson
Anu Dawson is a Partner at MNP Digital, providing technology advisory services to public sector clients and helping them modernize and transform through digital solutions. She is a seasoned consulting leader with 15 years of experience driving technology-enabled transformation across government organizations.
Previously holding senior roles at Deloitte and IBM, Anu built strategic client relationships, shaped business and technology roadmaps, and delivered large-scale, complex programs with measurable results. Known for her “can-do” attitude and commitment to outcomes, she has successfully led initiatives in cloud adoption, automation, AI-driven solutions, and service delivery optimization.
Anu is particularly focused on applying AI responsibly—balancing innovation with ethics, governance, and transparency—to ensure sustainable business and societal impact. She holds an International MBA from the Schulich School of Business and is recognized for her ability to unite diverse stakeholders, inspire high-performing teams, and create lasting business value.
Sabine MacDonald
Sabine MacDonald is a seasoned expert in leadership, strategy, and organizational development, with over 20 years of experience across diverse industries. She has a strong track record of driving growth, innovation, and high-performing teams through strategic planning and operational excellence.
Having lived and worked in seven countries across three continents, Sabine brings a deep understanding of cultural diversity and global business practices. Her international experience enables her to lead cross-functional teams, manage global projects, and foster inclusive workplace cultures with a unique global perspective.
She is the Founder and CEO of Nexa Avenue, an international coaching and consulting firm based in Toronto. Most recently, she became Managing Partner at The Sound of C, a forward-thinking leadership community, and published her first book, The Whispering Butterfly.

Inga Masjule
Inga Masjule is Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of OneRetain, a global legal talent technology startup. As a non-technical founder who boldly entered the tech startup world, Inga’s career exemplifies the power of seizing opportunities and leveraging domain expertise to drive innovation.
Under Inga’s leadership, OneRetain has developed an AI-native platform that revolutionizes talent management for law firms, running core HR processes including performance management, onboarding, work allocation, skills management, coaching, and succession planning. The platform utilizes advanced AI algorithms to proactively identify high performers, enabling firms to enhance retention, prevent employee burnout, improve productivity, and profitability.
Inga’s journey into tech entrepreneurship was fueled by her recognition of a massive opportunity to transform an industry she knew inside and out. Drawing from her 25-year career as a Chief Talent Officer with global firms including BLG, Dentons, White & Case, and Walkers she identified critical gaps in how law firms manage talent and saw the potential for technology to create transformative solutions. Her path from a senior legal HR executive to a tech startup CEO demonstrates how domain expertise, combined with the courage to embrace new challenges, can lead to groundbreaking innovation. Inga’s leadership in the tech space extends far beyond running a startup – she’s passionate about leveraging technology to improve employee experiences and building culture-first organizations.

Noureen Syed
Noureen Syed is a Partner within IBM Consulting at IBM Canada Ltd. Noureen leads a team focused on helping Canadian organizations accelerate adoption of Data & AI, Analytics and Automation to drive impactful transformations that are a catalyst of their innovation, customer service, finance, business and operational efficiency goals.
Previously, Noureen held various other roles at Microsoft Canada, building on her passion for customer-centricity to drive customer digital transformations, problem solving via cloud technology, and driving cloud business strategy. Noureen is a Computer Engineer with Management Sciences option graduate from the University of Waterloo. Outside of work Noureen is a mom, traveler and loves staying active.
Naila Qazi
We’re thrilled to welcome Naila Qazi, Executive Manager at CCL Canada, where she provides strategy and advisory services to Fortune 500s, healthcare systems, telecommunications, and public sector organizations. With decades of experience enabling transformation across global and complex environments, Naila is a trusted leader who brings depth of expertise to the panel.
Previously, she held senior roles guiding organizations through ERP programs, AI-driven initiatives, and cultural change journeys, ensuring adoption and measurable impact.
