A graduate of York University with a BA in Sociology, Rhonda has focused her career pursuits in the Talent Management life cycle. Throughout her career she has made efforts to create community linkages to support youth and welcomes opportunities to further demonstrate her commitment to supporting and shaping equity deserving youth.

Cher Jones
Founder, Socially Active, Corporate Trainer & Coach

Cher Jones is the founder of Socially Active, a corporate social media training company that specializes in personal branding for the hybrid workplace. She teaches leaders, consultants and experts how to develop a professional digital presence that makes people want to work with them, for them and champion them. To do this, she leverages over 20 years of PR, marketing and broadcasting experience while tapping into her love of technology which is clearly hardwired into her personality. Over the years she has worked with Rogers, HP, Lockheed Martin, Pokerstars, C360, UK Trade and Investment, Ontario Ministry of Education, Venterra Realty and Blackberry to name a few. Cher is also the creator of a popular LinkedIn Live series called #JustAskCher, the producer and co-host of Icons And Insights, a podcast featuring iconic leaders from the tech industry, and the host of The Black Professionals In Tech Network’s weekly global masterclass series.

Adam Fox
Director, Ontario Region, ESRI

Adam Fox is passionate about location technology, GIS, analytics and maps. In his role as the Director of Ontario Region for ESRI, he leads a team of over 20 enthusiastic sales, consulting and project management professionals in the biggest region in the country’s largest GIS company.

A graduate of McMaster University, Adam has built his career in GIS technology over 25 years across the globe. Adam is also well known for his passion in Social Selling and is a sought-after speaker at technology, CIO and industry conferences.
