I.T. Professionalism Week is a yearly celebration held by CIPS (Canada’s Association of IT Professionals) across Canada. CIPS hopes to increase awareness about the importance of professionalism, ethics, and standards in the IT industry and profession today. This week is also a time to celebrate CIPS and our professionalism resources. I.T. Professionalism Week is being held this year from Monday October 31st to Friday November 4th 2022. CIPS IT Professionalism Week Event! (Mon Oct 31st – Fri Nov 4th) Presents:  A Soldier's Story of IT in the Military Wednesday November 2nd, 2022 11am PDT / 2pm EDT In recognition of IT Professionalism Week, and Remembrance Day, Master Corporal (Retired) Thomas Boxall will be talking about his career in the Canadian Armed Forces as a Signal Operator.  He will be talking about how the various IT jobs in the military, and the unique challenges that servicemen face.  MCpl (Ret) Boxall will be drawing from the lessons he learned over his career, and on his Tour of Duty to Afghanistan…
